Community Impact
A running count of the people our partner ranges and instructors have put through live training, and the revenue that training generated for them. Every figure comes straight out of the booking and payment systems we run for them.

Payments collected through MomentumHQ, the platform we run for them. Money taken at the counter or on a range's own terminal never reaches this chart.
Plan your own
The Accelerator is a $75 class where every paid seat brings a guest for free. The money is in the invitation you make at the end of class one. Set your numbers below and we will build the plan that gets you to your target.
Change any of these at any time. Everything recalculates as you move.
Total bodies the room seats, not paid seats.
Be realistic. This is not the end goal — it is your current goal, the one that gets you to the next step of your business. If you are a shooting range, memberships are counted separately below, assuming a $37 a month membership.
Sets the pace of the plan.
At the end of class one you invite the room to keep training with you — a package of follow-on classes. That invitation is where the Accelerator earns its money. We recommend pricing the package at $997.
What you charge for the package of follow-on classes.
A starting assumption, not a measured average. Move it to whatever your own classes actually do.
$40 is a planning default. Use your own number the moment you have one.

This is a planning model, not a projection of earnings. Every figure here is arithmetic performed on numbers you typed in. Nothing on this page is a promise, guarantee, or representation of what any range, instructor, gun store, or business has earned or will earn.
Results depend on things this page cannot see. Your market, your list, your pricing, your instructors, your facility, your follow-up, your local competition, the economy, and how consistently the plan is actually executed. Most businesses that buy marketing education do not act on all of it. Yours may earn more than this model shows, less than it shows, or nothing at all.
The rates and prices here are planning assumptions supplied by us, not measured averages. The 30% invitation acceptance default, the $997 recommended invitation price, the $40 cost per student, and the membership conversion rates below are starting points we chose so the tool has somewhere to begin. None of them is an average of Warrior Marketing Group clients and none should be read as one. What you can charge for a package of classes depends on your market, your reputation and what you are actually delivering. Replace every one of these with your own numbers as soon as you have them.
The membership figures rest on two assumptions. That 90% of the students who accept the invitation also take a range membership, and that 20% of the students who decline the invitation take a membership anyway. Added monthly revenue assumes every one of those memberships is sold at the price you entered and that none of them cancel. Real retention is never 100%, so treat the monthly figure as a ceiling.
The model is deliberately narrow. It counts Accelerator tuition at $75 per paid registration, assumes every paid registration brings one guest at no charge, and assumes everyone who registers attends. It applies your acceptance rate to everyone in the room, guests included. It counts the invitation package once, at the price you entered, and does not model anyone paying in instalments, cancelling, or asking for a refund. Apart from memberships where shown, it excludes range time, ammunition, firearms, private instruction, and anything else a student may buy. Except for ad spend where you have entered it, it excludes your costs — staff, range time, ammunition, insurance, the cost of delivering the classes you just sold, and your own hours.
